CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations less than 48 hours – 30% of the scheduled service will be charged. * Arriving 15 minutes late or more – Appointment will be canceled and charged 30% of the scheduled service. * Repeated no-shows – May result in loss of future booking privileges. * Emergencies – Communicate early if something unexpected happens; exceptions may be made for honest, timely communication.
